Core Concepts
Task Management
- Dependency
- A situation where one task depends on the completion of another task. Visualized in Gantt view.

- Gantt Chart
- A view where tasks are visualized on a timeline. Start-end dates, dependencies, and progress tracking can be done.

- Kanban Board
- A view where tasks are visualized in columns according to their status. Tasks can be moved between columns with drag & drop.

- Priority
- The urgency and importance level of a task. Usually defined as Low, Medium, High, and Urgent.

- Status
- The current stage of a task. Examples: To Do, In Progress, In Review, Completed.

- Subtask
- A small task that is part of a larger task. Subtasks may need to be completed for the main task to be completed.

- Task
- The smallest unit of work to be done in Poitim. Tasks have features such as title, description, assignee, priority, status, due date, and tags.

- Timeline
- A view where tasks and projects are displayed chronologically. Ideal for date-based planning and tracking.

Project Management
- Goal
- A measurable result planned to be achieved. Can be used with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology.

- A date or event marking an important stage in a project. Visualized in roadmap.

- Project
- A structure where related tasks and goals are organized. Projects can contain sprints, user stories, and roadmaps.

Agile & Scrum
- Acceptance Criteria
- Conditions that must be met for a user story to be considered completed. Must be testable and measurable.

- Backlog
- A list of tasks and user stories that have not yet been planned or started. Items are selected from the backlog during sprint planning.

- Burndown Chart
- A chart showing the amount of remaining work during a sprint. Used to track sprint progress.

- Sprint
- In Agile methodology, a time period where tasks planned to be completed within a specific time are collected. Usually 1-4 weeks.

- Story Points
- A relative unit used to measure the complexity of a user story. Fibonacci series (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13) is used.

- User Story
- A description of a feature or requirement written from the user's perspective. Written in the format "As a user...".

- Velocity
- The number of story points or tasks completed in a sprint. Used to measure team capacity and plan future sprints.

Team Collaboration
- Chat
- Real-time messaging between team members. Provides instant communication based on Socket.io.

- A user included in a workspace or team. Members can have different roles and permissions.

- Notification
- A system that informs users about important events. Notifications are sent for situations such as task assignments, comments, changes.

- Permission
- The authority of a user to perform certain operations. Managed with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) system.

- The permission level of a user in a workspace or project. Roles such as Admin, Member, Viewer can be defined.

Analytics & Reporting
- Dashboard
- A customizable control panel where project, task, and team metrics are visualized. Contains KPI cards, charts, and widgets.
